Returns

Please email schoolstore@bishopoconnell.org first to inquire about beginning a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you purchased it.

The item must be unused or unworn, with all tags attached.

You must provide the original receipt, printed or an online receipt copy.

Instructions in regards to bringing in your item to return will be directed in the initial refund request email.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item you return fails to meet our standards.

Certain exclusions for returns may apply to items purchased.

Exclusions are certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, any and all uniform items (new or used).

Exchanges

Only Uniform 1/4 Zip Sweatshirts and PE Uniforms purchased in the O'Connell School Store will be permitted for exchange without a tag and/or receipt.
